TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The competition is open to GB residents aged 18 years or over, except employees and their immediate families of Novelli Associates Ltd or Konect Distribution Ltd and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Closing date for receipt of all entries is midnight on the 31st July 2010.
3. To enter, cut out the NOVELLI TOKEN found on the back of special promotional packs of Jean Christophe Novelli Plateau Filet, Plateau Normand, Rosette de Campagne and Iberico Chorizo and post it to PO Box 58, Hassocks, West Sussex BN6 OAZ
4. The date and venue of the draw to establish the competition winner will be announced on this website in due course.
5. Winner(s) will be notified within 48 hours of the draw by phone.
6. Each prize is for 2 people, the winner and a guest. The prize does not include: travel expenses to the Jean Christophe Novelli Cookery Academy in Hertfordshire, any overnight accommodation prior or subsequent to the day's course and any meals other than those provided during the course.
7. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken by the 31/12/10

9. There is no cash alternative available and the prize is not transferable
10. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value

13. Novelli Associates and Konect Distribution Ltd are not responsible for any telephone, network, electronic or computer failures or delays of any kind or for entries that are corrupted, incomplete, delayed, lost or late. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
14. The promoter's decision is final in respect of all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
