Please note that each of the above Novelli Academy courses requires a minimum number of 10 students in order to run.

In the event that we have to cancel a course for this or any other reason, we will endeavour to offer you a suitable and satisfactory alternative as soon as possible.

The Novelli Academy also reserves the right to offer an alternative chef to host its courses in the event that the named one is unavailable on the day. All Academy chefs are personally approved by Jean-Christophe himself.
