Have you ever despaired of your prowess in the kitchen?!!! Well the Novelli Academy is the answer to your prayers. This one day beginner’s course will teach you the basic culinary skills from risottos to roasts, breads and ballottines and the perfect pastry, so you can surprise your friends or family next time they come to dinner!
Students will learn:
- Basic risotto and simple pasta making
- Easy to prepare breads
- Preparing chickens for ballottines, casseroles & more…
- Rudimentary pastry techniques
Course includes lunch and beverages throughout the day.
Minimum number 14 students required.
The Novelli Academy reserves the right to offer an alternative chef to host its courses in the event that the named one is unavailable on the day. All Academy chefs are personally approved by Jean-Christophe himself.
