Two Day Everyday Novelli Course

The day is hosted by chef who will demonstrate and then prepare with you the dishes offering practical advice and professional instruction as required. The days are informative and very practical being filled with tips and tricks used in a professional environment.

So whatever level of cookery skills you arrive with these will be greatly enhanced by the time you leave and hopefully inspire you to be a more confident cook.

  • Bread making basics
  • Desserts and sauces 
  • Advanced menu preparations 
  • Lunch and a "tasting" dinner will be included

Please note that although Jean-Christophe does not host these days, he will try to greet the class and do a small demonstration whenever his schedule permits.

Approximate course times: 11.00 - 16.00.

Academy chefs and recipes are personally approved by Jean-Christophe himself.

Minimum number 14 students required.
