Who says that we all have to sit in a classroom to learn new skills? A cooking environment has proved to be the perfect arena to demonstrate, explore and examine the intricacies of highly effective leadership and how leaders can motivate, inspire and help their team to achieve high performance through improving knowledge and skills. The kitchen provides an alternative environment to many of the outdoor activities often used for the same purpose; providing a unique setting for people to operate in a stressful, high-pressure yet safe environment.
