Natacha Charlez

The Novelli Academy is delighted to announce a new guest chef to its ranks with the inclusion of Natacha Charlez. Natacha is from Brussels, bringing with her a passion for Belgium chocolate.

Natacha runs her own catering company - Chez Moi Chez Vous - and currently supplies hand crafted desserts to a number of top London eateries and for private dinner parties.

At the Academy Natacha will demonstrate dessert recipes, including classic chocolate torte, chocolate mousse and gooey fondant to name just a few. All Natacha's recipes are prepared using genuine chocolate from her Belgium suppliers.

Each class is interactive and students will prepare at least 3 desserts that they may take home to impress their family and friends. They will also receive a goody bag of different chocolates and recipes that they may try at home. Natacha will guide you throughout the course and can dispel many of the myths about cooking with chocolate and share with you many of the tips she has learnt.

She will teach her students about chocolate selection, melting, presentation on the plate and numerous other chocolate-centric techniques!

Lunch and beverages included throughout the day.
