New Calendar Dates

The Novelli Academy has released its highly anticipated Spring and Early Summer 2010 course dates.
In an attempt to meet high demand for places on courses at the Novelli Academy, it has now released course dates up to the end of June 2010. There are some fabulous courses taking place this term, from a sold out 'Gearing up for Spring course in February to a Summer BBQ course in June. All the favorites are still on offer too, from Tasting and Demonstration dates with Jean-Christophe to the immensely popular seafood preparation course 'Beside the Seaside'. So whatever food and techniques you're looking for, you'll be sure to find it at the Novelli Academy in 2010.
