The Novelli Academy has released its highly anticipated late Autumn 2010 course dates.
In an attempt to meet high demand for places on courses at the Novelli Academy, it has now released course dates up to the end of November 2010. There are some fabulous courses taking place this term. All the favorites are still on offer too, from Tasting and Demonstration dates with Jean-Christophe to the immensely popular seafood preparation course 'Beside the Seaside'. So whatever food and techniques you're looking for, you'll be sure to find it at the Novelli Academy in 2010.
