With such a large range of cookers to choose from, Jean-Christophe Novelli chose the Lacanche Vezelay. This unique range cooker is 2.2 metres long, with two large 74 litre ovens and a 84 litre simmer oven. It boasts a powerful hob top with six open gas burners, a 5 Kw traditional simmer plate, and two integrated induction hob elements.

Finished in Provence yellow with chrome trim, the Lacanche Vezelay takes pride of place in the Novelli Academy.
