The France Show ran from 18-20 Jan 08 with 30,000 visitors attending the property and lifestyle show.
Jean-Christophe hosted his own 'Novelli cookery theatre' within the event. This featured 4 of his demonstrations each day, as well as one by resident Academy chef Steven Kitchen.

30,000 visitors attended in January 2008 at London Olympia and Jean-Christophe has signed up to front up a bigger and better show in 2009. As well as hosting the food theatre, he will also have a Novelli bistro and stand for selling various branded merchandise.
