An avid supporter of using fresh, local produce in both his home cooking and at the Novelli Academy cookery school, Jean-Christophe was delighted to offer his services free of charge to promote the Tastes of Bedfordshire event this year.
The charity dinner took place at Moggerhanger Hall, Beds on 29 February 2008 with proceeds going towards the East Anglia Air Ambulance Service.
