The Daily Mail has teamed up with Weight Watchers and four of Britain’s best-loved chefs – Gary Rhodes, Antonio Carluccio, Jean-Christophe Novelli and Tana Ramsay – to put the fun into shedding those excess pounds.
Weight Watchers is a byword for dieting success. Last year, the world’s most trusted weight-loss experts launched its biggest innovation in 15 years. With no more calorie counting or forbidden foods, two million people in the UK lost 11 million pounds of unwanted weight last year on the revolutionary Weight Watchers ProPoints plan.
And don’t just take their word for it. In 2011, a major study by U.S. scientists ranked Weight Watchers as one of the best five diets in the world, while a UK trial found people on ProPoints lost twice as much weight as those given dietary advice by their GP.
