Trish Davies is an enthusiastic food specialist whose home economics background has provided the basis for the development of a wide ranging culinary career encompassing films, television and running celebrity kitchens together with a variety of work throughout the food industry including product development and food journalism.
She worked for two years with the Magimix Celebrity/Master Chef Theatre in Birmingham and at Prospect Studios as the home economist for the latest series of Daily Cooks TV programmes.
Trish has worked with such well known commercial organisations as Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie, Waitrose and Sainsbury in such areas as recipe development and as a food stylist for ASDA, The Mirror and Bailey's Cream.
Her extensive food knowledge coupled with her passion for teaching and motivating others has made her a natural choice to be part of the Novelli Academy. She started teaching and demonstrating at The Academy in 2008 when Jean Christophe was filming his TV series ‘Chef Academy' in Los Angeles and has also worked with him on The Richard and Judy Show.
