  • We invited JC Novelli to come to Dubai to be a part of our Grand Opening here at the Galeries Lafayette Gourmet in Dubai!

    He has given us so much more than what we asked of him, a true gentlemen and a true showman and an outstanding Chef to watch and learn from! Galeries Lafayette culinary team have very much enjoyed having JC here with us, the Dubai public loved his show and the cooking lesson he held here has given Dubai more talented Chefs .

  • Jean Christophe has worked with us on a number of our food focused events, as our headline chef in the cooking theatre. We wanted more than simply a ‘name’ and Jean-Christophe did not disappoint, lacing his cooking demonstrations with useful tips, adding pinches of personal anecdotes that really connect him his audience and happy to use recipes that are relevant to the occasion. We have found Jean-Christophe to be a consummate professional, dedicated to his art, but despite his celebrity status, the most remarkable thing about Jean Christophe, is the enthusiasm and passion that he brings with him – you don’t have to be a foodie to fall under his spell.

  • What a fantastic experience!

    A fun day spent with some of our industries award winning operators (and friends) in the intimate Academy of the world famous chef and personality, Jean Christophe Novelli and his fantastic staff. We all listened and learnt from Jean himself (were the ladies listening or just gazing?) before being split into teams of North v South to prepare 3 dishes resulting in a decisive victory for the South, of course!

    It was wonderful , as always, to spend time with some of the Fish and Chip industries finest, but Jean and his staff made it such a memorable day with great food interspersed with great banter. They created such a relaxed and informal atmosphere but how much of the Scottish lingo he understood I'm not sure. Personally with Gordon and Callum, I don't understand most of what they say but guess I'm not missing much!!

    It is an experience I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who enjoys the finest food in the company of the finest professionals, we look forward to seeing Jean again at the KFE School of Frying Excellence in June.’

  • Many thanks to the team at the Novelli Academy. Just wanted to say a huge thank-you to the entire team for supporting our graduates on their development centre.

    The support, feedback and service was fantastic. In particular the team at AB Agri would really like to give great thanks to Jean-Christophe for staying with the team the whole day to observer and provide feedback on what great leadership looks like.

  • Jean Christophe worked with us to support the Superquinn "French Wine & Food Sale". He was a pleasure to work with, truly understanding and supporting the Superquinn brand with a genuine passion throughout. Both the instore cooking demonstrations and the recipes he created, inspired and created excitement with our customers. Nothing was of any trouble for Jean and his team, and he took the time to talk to and engage our customers along with our colleagues instore.   • Having Jean-Christophe Novelli attend, and design the canapés, for our event added a certain draw to aide attendance levels. Jean-Christophe worked with us on the evening to ensure he spoke to all of our VIPs and the guests were really pleased to get the chance to talk to him on a 1:1 basis. It was a pleasure to work with Jean-Christophe and the Academy and we would definitely look to do other thing in conjunction with the Academy for future event

  • We first approached Jean-Christophe in October to ask him for his expertise and invite him to join our Christmas campaign to reduce food waste. To our delight Jean-Christophe was happy to help our ‘Love your leftovers’ campaign and wrote three delicious recipes exclusively for us to give away free to residents. Jean-Christophe also provided us with some great tips for cooking Christmas food.

    We really enjoyed working with Jean-Christophe. His reputation as an outstanding chef gave the campaign an extra lift to give it the additional media coverage it needed to make it a success.

    Jean-Christophe was gracious and generous dedicating his time and energy to our campaign despite it being a particularly busy time of year for him.

  • The last series of Britain’s Best Dish really moved up a gear as we put professional chefs under the microscope. For this series, to join our food critics in the Quarter Finals, we needed a legendary ‘culinary supremo’ that the competing chef’s would respect, potentially fear and really want to impress - Jean Christophe was the obvious choice right from the beginning. His knowledge of food and his people skills are unquestionably great but it is his ability to be able to relate to fellow chefs in a no-nonsense and fair manner that really gave these programmes the edge. I hope I can find another programme to work with JC on.

  • I wanted to email you all to say thank you for a lovely day on Friday 16th December. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable day and we didn’t want to leave!

    We thought you all would like to see some of the photos we took - especially the pictures of us bringing Trish to tears with laughter!

  • Thank you to Jean-Christophe and Felice Tocchini for their time in Herefordshire during our Flavours of Herefordshire Food Festival in October 2011.

    All of the team at Visit Herefordshire were so grateful and impressed with how Jean-Christophe took time to meet not only the visitors to our Food Festival, but also all of the exhibitors and made sure everyone was included.

    Over the weekend all produce from the exhibitors for the cookery demonstrations was used, promoting the producers along the way.

    Jean-Christophe also added special value to the Flavours of Herefordshire awards dinner presenting the awards on the Friday before the Festival.
