You can select from a vast array of hands-on courses run by our Academy chefs, demonstration courses with Jean-Christophe or the spectacular Jean-Christophe Novelli Masterclass.
Our courses are designed around seasonal themes and regions and we always create the best possible ambience for your chosen theme. Student numbers are intentionally limited on our demonstration courses and even more so for our hands-on courses, so your day will feel intimate and special. All Academy chefs, menus and recipes are approved by Jean-Christophe.
The levels of demonstration and hands-on cookery will be dependant on the chef, menu selection, number of dishes and number of students, which can vary from course to course.
All courses are designed to cater for all ranges of cooking ability, so whether you are a novice or an experienced cook, you will leave with valuable culinary tips and advice on all aspects of the selected menu and in many other aspects of cookery.
