A Taste of the Mediterranean

Only the freshest of ingredients will do! Take a cruise along the Mediterranean at the Novelli Academy. Learning to cook seasonally, this course will enhance your appreciation for fresh ingredients which come straight from their source and onto your plate. In a few short hours you will learn to cook dishes with the simplest of ingredients in ways you had never dreamt of.
