A vegetarian course suitable for veggies and non-veggies alike. This course covers a selection of seasonal produce available and how best to extract their flavours and use them to your culinary advantage.
Just because you may not eat meat does not mean that you have to deprive yourselves of a whole range of wonderful tastes and textures! Recipes include delicious dishes such as baked vegetable gnocchi and tomato and onion tatin to name but a couple.
Please note that this course is not suited to vegans as it will include the use of dairy products.
Course includes lunch and beverages throughout the day.
