Using a range of seasonal produce and ingredients especially chosen for the festive season he reveals the secrets behind the correct use of seasonings from fresh garlic to chocolate to name but a few! The course is always inspirational and enlightening and guaranteed to add new dimensions to your cooking to wow your family and friends this Christmas.
