All of my courses have been designed to be attractive to a vast range of people or organisations and hopefully you will find one or more to suit your taste.
These will include Master-classes, Tasting and Demonstrations and my new Chef’s Table.
Master-Classes – "Hands - On"
Restricted to a maximum of 6 people to guarantee my utmost attention, this is probably one of the best cooking days you will hopefully ever experience. With a pre-organised theme, you will have the chance to have a “hands-on” experience and a chance to recreate some of my favourite dishes which will definitely leave you with the knowledge to impress anyone around you.
Tasting and Demonstrations Days – "Demonstration Only"
These are probably the best introduction days into my cooking world. Most people will start with one or more of these themed days and progress to the Master-classes. Everyone who has been on my day will know that I aim to impress and strict time schedules don’t exist.
Everyone gets a chance to see me cook my favourite dishes, I give away handy tips and answer as many gastronomic questions that I can whilst hopefully giving you enjoyment at the same time.
Chef’s Table (New Course)-
If you are looking to entertain your friends and impress, this is a newly re-vamped concept to the Academy. You can book me to cook a personally designed menu for you and your friends, produced when you arrive at my farm. This is a multi-course meal that can be designed with my team in advance or left to “pot-luck” and I get to cook what I feel like on the day, obviously accompanied by the best suiting wines.
This may not be a budget option but it is guaranteed to impress you, your friends and possibly your clients.
