This bespoke course, designed to aid and improve your busy lives by giving you dishes that are easy to prepare and cook yet still using fresh ingredients.
Over the years Jean-Christophe has developed some fantastic healthy tips and techniques that he will share with you on this course. Jean-Christophe will talk you through a selection of quick, easy and healthy dishes. You will learn how to reduce Sugar, Salt and Saturated Fats from your food without compromising on flavour. You can look forward to extremely fun, interactive demonstrations from Jean-Christophe and tasting throughout the course.
The course will end with a 2 course meal including a glass of wine.
