A Plate in The Sun
Having a deep rooted passion for all things spice, Jean-Christophe has teamed up again with one of his resident Chefs Patti Sloley to create a fantastic course based on spices from around the world.
Patti will explain to our guests the origins of certain spices, how they taste/smell and how to use them within her huge repertoire of recipes.
Having proven to be a very popular Chef within our Team of Resident Chefs, Patti courses are bound to please everyone who attends, so booking early is a must!
- The day will normally start at 10:30am and end at approximately 16:00pm
- Hosted by Patti Sloley, course designed by Jean-Christophe Novelli
- Minimum number of attendees is 6, maximum 12
- We advise that you eat breakfast before arriving as lunch will be served following all demonstrations
- Lunch with beverages is included in the day's events
