If you love Sushi and want to learn the art of making this delicious fresh food, then this one-day course - created by our specialist Chef with the help and guidance of Jean-Christophe Novelli - will be perfect for you.
Through fun, interactive and hands-on sessions you will learn the secrets of working with rice and other key Japanese ingredients. Our speciast Chef will share the essential techniques for preparing and cooking a range of authentic Sushi, giving you the confidence to recreate your favourites at home.
- The day will normally start at 10:30am and end at approximately 16.00pm
- Course includes late lunch and beverages throughout the day
