*NEW* - Making Luxury Chocolates
NEW introductory course designed by our specialist Chocolatier with inspiration from Jean-Christophe to explain to our guests the history of chocolate, the flavours created by introducing certain spices and natural ingredients and how to work with hot and cold, sweet and bitter chocolate quickly and believe it or not healthily.
Like Jean-Christophe, our Chocolatier is very passionate and keen to pass that knowledge to as many people as possible.
This one day hands on course will inspire the participants to continue to impress their guests at home or business and will excite all of your senses throughout the day.
- The day will normally start at 10:30am and end at approximately 16:00pm
- Minimum number of participants 6, maximum 12
- We advise that you eat breakfast before arriving as lunch will be served following all demonstrations and tasks have been completed
- Late lunch with beverages is included in the day's events
