Oriental food is delicious and many recipes take only minutes to prepare. If you would like to cook authentic oriental food, this one-day course - created by our specialist Chef with the help and guidance of Jean-Christophe Novelli - will be the perfect choice for you.
You will gain an insight into the wonderful array of oriental ingredients, fantastic combination of colours, flavours and textures and a fascinating background to the cuisine.
Through fun, interactive and hands-on sessions you will learn the fundamental techniques and how to balance flavours, giving you the confidence to recreate your favourites at home.
- The day will normally start at 10:30am and end at approximately 16.00pm
- Course includes late lunch and beverages throughout the day
- Minimum number of Visitors 6, maximum 12
