  • I have just returned from a weekend at your academy and just have to tell you that the experience has been amazing.

    The course was all you promised it to be and more. For us to be able to glean from your vast wealth of knowledge was a privilege and we have come away full of enthusiasm. The cookery was outstanding and so was the team work.

    Jean-Christophe is indeed a true master of his trade and as such delights in sharing his skills with others. Allowing us to be guests at his home was memorable. I cannot walk away from this event and not thank-you all. To be part of this magical event has been a treasured memory forever.

  • I can't thank everyone enough for such a magical day on Saturday. I'm still on cloud 9, and boring everyone with my stories....the whole thing was totally superb, and I would relish the chance to come back and do it all again at some stage in the future.

  • I enjoyed the opportunity to observe Jean-Christophe techniques, to try out a few of them and to experience the ways in which flavours develop at different stages of cooking. Some fabulous hints too. I now feel empowered to be more experimental and creative in the kitchen in future.

I was really worried about it being really ‘cheffy' but it was lovely having the opportunity to ask questions and having hands on experience in most things (..)   • The bread making was really interesting. Jean and his approach to cooking throughout the day was an amazing experience. The close up nature of the day added to the enjoyment as did the way you were shown things as they were prepared. The hospitality shown by Jean and the informal way the day went was fabulous.
