The bread making was really interesting. Jean and his approach to cooking throughout the day was an amazing experience. I had a fantastic time - even though I consider myself to be a competent cook already, I learnt so much and improved my skills. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and made the experience one to be remembered. I will definitely be saving up to do more courses.

What we enjoyed the most was the great informality and friendliness of all involved. I have to mention a special "thank you" to the team who absolutely worked their socks off on the day - so friendly and helpful and they made everyone feel so at home.

Most enjoyed learning about the various techniques for cooking curry - the prospect of putting together a medley of dishes is far less daunting now! Excellent course - friendly tutor with lovely mother - very enjoyable!

I really enjoyed the day and learnt not to be scared of experimenting with spices! Manju and her mother made the cooking so easy to follow.

May I thank you for a wonderful day and say that the most I took from it was the presentation. The bread with Camembert, the courgettes, the chocolate in the cup. I believe that recipes can always be obtained from a book, but presentation skills cannot, and I will always remember those I have gained from this course.
