Suffolk Garden show welcomed Jean-Christophe Novelli over the Easter Bank holiday for the first of many appearance with Aztec events this year.
Easter Sunday sees us in Trinity Park, Ipswich, at the Suffolk County Showground, where the weather was our main opposition. It was a battle against the elements for the organisers of the “Suffolk Spring Garden Show” and their Dog Show, as we tried to demonstrate ‘better barbequeing’, with the [not very spring-like] weather, of a bitter east wind & occasional driving snow! Jean-Christophes wow's the Ideal Home show crowd with 2 Demonstrations...
This weekend saw the start of the Ideal Homes Show, at Earl’s Court & It was great to be back there again on Sunday. Despite the Great British spring weather on the way there we arrived safely & in plenty of time for my first Demonstration at the Chefs Theatre, in the foodie area on the first floor [upper level]. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many people turning out in such inclement weather. That impressive, usual, Great British spirit! (more)

Channel 4’s ‘What’s Cooking?’ welcomes Jean-Christophe Novelli as resident chef
The nation's favourite French Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli will be joining Ben Shephard and Lisa Faulkner on Channel 4 from next Monday 18 March everyday for one week. He plans to be cooking up a storm and the week’s recipes are set to be exciting and flavoursome and will include a combination of both simple and new dishes. (more)
