Star chef Novelli cooking up a storm at Herts food festival - Herts & Essex Observer
The French multi-Michelin Star award winning culinary whizz will be appearing alongside Patti Sloley, who specialises in cuisine from Ghana, at the event on the weekend of April 13 and 14 at Knebworth House from 10am to 5pm.
The fourth annual festival is being billed as a celebration of all that is good to eat and drink from across the region and far beyond – from condiments, artisan cheeses, home-cured and fresh meat, dairy products, confectionary, bakery, wine, beer and other drinks, to cookware and other related products.
There will also be hands-on cookery workshops to help hone culinary skills with Masterchef Ondine Hartgroves as well as other chefs and champions of healthy eating, who will be on hand to share their expertise and knowledge
Children can have a go at bottle feeding lambs and goats as well as meeting owls and enjoying all of the Knebworth attractions on site.
Admission to the showcase costs £9 or a family ticket, for four people, is priced a £32.
