This voucher can be redeemed online against any one day hands on cookery course hosted by either our Academy or guest chefs. Our courses follow specific themes and cooking from all regions of the world.

There is something for everyone and for all styles and types of cooking.

  • Approximate course times: 11.00 - 16.00.

All Novelli Academy chefs and recipes are personally approved by Jean-Christophe Novelli.

Vouchers are valid for a six month period but can be extended upon request.
