Shahnaaz Ayub
A busy mother of three, trial lawyer, cookbook author, host of her own television cooking series and classes specialising in authentic Indian cuisine, Shahnaaz Ayub knows all too well that no one has time to prepare a banquet every night.

From traditional street food to curries, bbq, biriyanis and breads, classes are for all levels of ability. Shahnaaz will familiarise you with spices and you will receive a gift of her own signature garam masala at the end of the day.
Course Information
Dishes taught will include a selection from the following:
Popular street food including samosas, spring rolls, pakoras, aloo tikki, a variety of chaats, traditional paratha stuffed rolls, lamb/chicken/fish spicy cutlets, paneer tikka, chicken tikka, lamb kebabs

Authentic curries including butter chicken, lamb rogan gosht, Goan fish/king prawn curry, meat/vegetarian kofta curry, chilli paneer, Bombay potato, saag aloo and a variety of daals
Traditional Hyderabadi biriyani, a variety of pilau dishes, a selection of naans and parathas

Desserts and masala chai
