Jean-Christophe welcomes you into his magical patisserie world which launched him into the culinary limelight. He’ll show you secret techniques that helped him display some of his creations in ways that marvelled the judges of the numerous accolades that he received over the years and teaches you in a way that you will be able to replicate the results to anyone you entertain.
