SCHEDULED DATES: Hells Chefs Challenge Cooking Experience Brand new for 2023 we have devised a fun & exciting chef's challenge style cookery experience. A warm welcome will await you as you arrive at Jean-Christophe's award winning cookery school based inside his home in the beautiful countryside of Hertfordshire. After refreshments and a quick introduction the teams will be selected. Jean-Christophe will then showcase a selection of dishes with a mixture of techniques. The teams will be headed up and guided by Jean-Christophe and his executive chef and will battle it out to recreate the selection of dishes but adding their own flair. You can expect lots of fun, laughter and a fantastic atmosphere throughout this exciting experience. Whether you are coming alone, with a friend/partner or even a group you will feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Once the teams have been judged all attendees will sit down to a 3 course feast served with a selection of wines.
