This course will inspire you to create your all time favourite Indian dishes at home with ease and speed.
A busy mother of three, trial lawyer, cookbook author, host of her own television cooking series and classes specialising in authentic Indian cuisine, Shahnaaz Ayub knows all too well that no one has time to prepare a banquet every night.
From traditional street food to curries, bbq, biriyanis and breads, classes are for all levels of ability. Shahnaaz will familiarise you with spices and you will receive a gift of her own signature garam masala at the end of the day.
