On the 22nd April 2005 I opened the doors to my house in Tea Green in Hertfordshire so that I could share my passion for cooking with anyone who wanted to learn about my experiences as a successful restaurateur and to learn some of the techniques I incorporated to achieve the high standards that were expected of me. Since then, hundreds of people from all walks of life and many corporate clients have honoured me with their presence and I think very few disappointed people have left my home over the years.
It’s not only my name over the door, I still cook in my Academy, although I do have some resident Chefs helping me out from time to time, all of whom have the same quality and high standards as myself offering a varied range of alternative styles to the norm.
