Swahili Sautéed Vegetables - Serves 4

Swahili Sautéed Vegetables

To serve hot, cover with Clingfilm and re-heat for 30 seconds in the microwave. To serve as a salad add cubed feta to the salad mix. The heat from the vegetables mix will wilt the spinach.
