On the 22nd April 2005 I opened the doors to my house in Tea Green in Hertfordshire so that I could share my passion for cooking with anyone who wanted to learn about my experiences as a successful restaurateur and to learn some of the techniques I incorporated to achieve the high standards that were expected of me.

Amazing cooking class! Absolutely amazing day doing the Simply Novelli course! Covered caramel decorations, stuffed chicken legs, quick and tasty ratatouille, apple tarte tatin, and homemade pasta.
